Burl Raduse White, 65, of High Ridge, Missouri, died Monday, April 5, 2010, at his residence. Mr. White, son of Opal (Palmer) White and the late Carl White, was born February 2, 1945, in Poynor, Missouri. He was an automaker at General Motors. Mr. White was a member of the local United Auto Workers Union and the Army National Guard. On March 16, 1967, he was married to Jan Carner at Wellston, Missouri. She survives. Also surviving are two sons; Byron Ray White (and Laura Read) of House Springs, Missouri, and Scott Anthony White (and Lisa) of Fenton, Missouri; one grandchild, Kolten Gauge White; his mother, Opal White of Pocahontas, Arkansas; three sisters, Virginia Tucker and Velma Bagwell, both of Pocahontas and Ramona Brown of Doniphan, Missouri; three brothers, Charles White (and Betty) and Lehman White (and Kathy), both of Pocahontas and Lee Lasacco of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl White. Visitation for Mr. White will begin at noon, Thursday, April 8, 2010, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Dalton Cemetery in Old Burr, Missouri, with Brother Carl Massey officiating.
