Doris Marie Prade, 85 year old resident of St. Louis, died Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. Ms. Prade was born January 17, 1925 in Doniphan to the late Peter Paul & Elizabeth (Fillman) Kenaga.
Ms. Prade was a State Farm Insurance Secretary. She enjoyed traveling and entertaining friends and family, the love of her dog Tuffy and working with flowers. She was of the Presbyterian faith.
On November 13, 1984 she married John "Jack" L. Prade in Denver, CO. He preceded her in death on March 20, 1996.
Ms. Prade is survived by one step-son Dwight Prade and one step-daughter Jacquelyn Ehrlich; one sister Dorothy Ponder of Doniphan; one brother Arthur Kenaga of Plymouth MI; two step-granddaughters Stephanie (Mari) and Jessica. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters Lillian Pepmiller, Grace Kenaga, Ruth Kenaga, Betty Kenaga; three brothers Herbert Kenaga, George Kenaga, & Paul Kenaga.
Funeral services will be Saturday July 31, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chuck Carr officiating. Visitation will Saturday July 31, 2010 10 A.M. at Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Doniphan City Cemetery.
