Obituary of Mary Faye Duff

Mary Faye Duff, 70, long time resident of Ripley County, Missouri, died September 11, 2010, at her residence in Ripley County.
Mrs. Duff was born June 20, 1940, in LaFarge, Wisconsin, to the late Charles Cornell and Edna May (Gudgeon).
On July 5, 1957, in Rockford, Illinois, she married Andrew "A.J." Duff, who survives.
Mrs. Duff's family was blessed by her love, kindness, and the time that was shared, which will be a part of their lives forever. She worked at Vitronic for 32 years. She enjoyed wildlife and feeding birds and squirrels. She loved reading, nature, and spending time with family. She was a member of the Oxly Volunteer Fire Department and the American Cancer Society. She attended Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons; Danny (fiancé Patricia) Duff of Doniphan and David Jay (Edna) Duff of Columbia; daughter Debra Mae (Scott) Tune of Doniphan; two brothers, Mervin (Louise) Cornell of Hillsboro, Wisconsin, and Jim Cornell of Wilton, Wisconsin; sister-in-law, Dr. Lea Cornell of Hillsboro, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Julie, Hilary, Eric, Kendall, Dustin, Sarah, and Kaytlyn; and great-grandchildren, Evan and Dylan.
Mrs. Duff was preceded in death by her parents, Leland G. and Edna May Miller, and one brother, Fred Cornell.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 10 A.M. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Doniphan with Brother Charles Carr officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 13, 2010, from 5-8 P.M. at Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ingram Cemetery.
