Robert William Mischka, 79, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at his residence in Doniphan. He was formerly of Lancaster, California.
Mr. Mischka, son of Ervin and Edith (Bath) Mischka, was born May 31, 1931, in Chicago, Illinois. He was a maintenance engineer in the aerospace industry. Mr. Mischka enjoyed RVing, camping and water skiing. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served during the Korean Conflict.
On February 14, 1953, he was married to Donna Firsick in Las Vegas, Nevada. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons; Jeffery (and his wife, Gwen) Mischka of Lancaster, California, and Donald (and his wife, Susan) Mischka of Doniphan, Missouri; one sister, Pat Pancrazio of Crete, Illinois, one brother, Kenneth Mischka of Thornton, Illinois; four grandchildren, Robert A. Mischka (and his wife, Danielle), Kory Mischka, Shavon Mischka and Kilee Coffer (and her husband Rich); and eight great-grandchildren, Tristan, Janelle, Chase, Desiree, Taygen, Tayler, Taylee and Olivia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jon. E. Mischka, and one brother, Donald E. Mischka.
A private burial is planned.
