Bertha Ellen Allen, 94-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Sunday, February 21, 2021. She was born August 13, 1926 to the late George and Jettie Rankan. Bertha had worked at Doctors Regional Medical Center most of her life.
Bertha married Frank Allen. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by three of her children, Sharon Patterson, Mike Endicott, and Steve Endicott; two sisters, Stella Rankan and Irene Putman; and two brothers, Donald Rankan and Willis Rankan.
Surviving are two daughters, Diana Allen of Poplar Bluff, MO and Pat Warner of St. Louis, MO; one sister, Viola Taylor of Doniphan; and twelve grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Edwards Funeral Home.
