Obituary of Everette Brown

Everette Brown, 77, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Monday, March 23, 2009, at the Ripley County Memorial Hospital in Doniphan.
Mr. Brown was born November 16, 1931, in Omaha, Nebraska, and was retired as a guard with Pacific Motors. He attended Current River Baptist Church.
He was married to Myrtle Sobie in Ripley County, Missouri, on June 16, 1957. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Delbert William Brown of Rockford, Illinois, and Lester Edward Brown of Morristown, Tennessee, and one sister, Harriet Hoefer, of Doniphan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvie and Edith (Jackson)McConney.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 26, 2009, at noon at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Wes Flaugh officiating. Burial will be in the Amity Cemetery.
