Steven Lee Huffman, 57, of Fairdealing, Missouri, passed away Friday morning, December 11, 2015, at his residence. Mr. Huffman, son of Robert Clayton and Helen Mae (Cline) Huffman, was born July 6, 1958, in Troy, Missouri. He was a senior clinical engineer at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Huffman loved to do carpentry work, tinker with motors, hunting, fishing and being with his grandchildren. He enjoyed his work at the hospital and was very dedicated to his patients. Steve was a member of Living Word Church in Doniphan, Missouri. On November 25, 1989, he was married to Heather Streeter in Poynor, Missouri, and she survives. Also surviving are 2 children, daughter Shannon (and Billy) Davis and son Steven (Jessica Dale), both of Doniphan; 2 sisters, Dorothy York of Cedar Hill, Missouri, and Kathy Robinson of Doniphan; 7 brothers, Don Robertson of Lebanon, Missouri, Bill Robertson of Newport News, Virginia, Bob Huffman of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Denver Huffman of Oakville, Missouri, Max Huffman of Myrtle, Missouri, Ronson Huffman of Macon, Missouri, and Roy Huffman of Hillsboro, Missouri; and 2 grandchildren, Taylor and Tara Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Rhonda Gayle Huffman. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, December 14, 2015, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jim Baggett officiating.
