Dukey Wayne Haney, 70, of Doniphan, Missouri, passed away Friday, January 8, 2016, at Southeast Health of Ripley County in Doniphan.
Mr. Haney, son of Aaron and Gladys (Camden) Haney, was born June 25, 1945, in Handy, Missouri. He had been a farmer.
On December 16, 1964, he was married to Ruthie Ann Smith in Bardley, Missouri. She preceded him in death on June 28, 2014.
Mr. Haney was also preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, Dennis Haney and 1 sister, Anna Haney.
Surviving are 2 sons: Stephen (Carolyn) Haney of Gatewood, Missouri, and Phillip (Amy) Haney of Doniphan; 2 brothers, Jim Haney of Benton, Missouri, and Manuel Haney of West Plains, Missouri; and 1 grandchild, Serena.
Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel and burial will be in the Pine Cemetery in Pine, Missouri.
