Jean Elizabeth Oliver, 81, of Doniphan, Missouri, passed away January 14, 2016, at her residence in rural Doniphan.
Ms. Oliver, daughter of James Andrew and Eva (Riser) Smith, was born November 9, 1934, in Laurel, Mississippi. She had been a police officer. Ms. Oliver enjoyed camping and fishing and she especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
She was married to James Ray Oliver and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are 2 children, Elizabeth Hoke and Roger Oliver; 1 brother, Allen Ray Smith; and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 children, Linda Jean Charren and James Ray Oliver II, 1 sister, Bonnie, and 4 brothers, Billy, Lonnie, Buster and Curt.
