Obituary of Bonnie Mae Holland

Bonnie Mae Holland, 88-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO departed this life Thursday, June 7, 2018 at her residence.  Mrs. Holland was born May 6, 1930 in Knobel, AR to the late Bill and Vivian Harmon Robbins.  Bonnie had worked at Vitronic as a table lady in the packing department, was a member of the Southside Church of Christ in Doniphan, and particularly loved taking care of her family.

 

On November 3, 1945, in Pocahontas, AR she was married to Loyd Rex Holland, who preceded her in death August 18, 2016.  Also preceding her in death was 1 son, Elige Clayton Holland; 1 sister Stella Mae Murray; and 2 brothers, Billy Ray Robbins and Gerald Ewton.

 

Surviving are 6 children, Reta (Richard) Green of Davis, CA; Wendell (Jane) Holland of Flintstone, GA; Lial (Martha F.) Holland and Darrell Holland both of Doniphan, MO; Sherrill (Wally) Colvin of Sacramento, CA; Vol (Linda) Holland of Edgar Springs, MO; 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-greatgrandchildren.

 

Funeral Services for Mrs. Bonnie Holland will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Dick Blackford officiating.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow in the Doniphan Cemetery.
