Obituary of Marjorie Munnerlyn

Marjorie Munnerlyn, 77, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Saturday, September 8, 2018, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Mrs. Munnerlyn, daughter of Samuel Andrew and Henrietta (Smoot) Lesley, was born October 5, 1940, in Dongola, Illinois.  She had been a homemaker.  Mrs. Munnerlyn enjoyed playing canasta card games, crocheting, deer hunting and spending time with her family.

On November 8, 1961, she was married to Bill Munnerlyn in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and he survives.

Also surviving are 4 children:  Mark Munnerlyn of Doniphan, Geneal Evans of Bernie, Marjorie Fox of Fairdealing and JoAnn Harmon of Goodwater, Alabama; 3 sisters, Dinah Adams of Bigsby and Gloria Judycki and Kathy Lesley, both of Doniphan; and 2 brothers, Brian Lesley of Prattville, Alabama, and Bennie Lesley of Delaware, Ohio.

Mrs. Munnerlyn was preceded in death by her parents and 5 siblings:  Lee, Birtha Mae, Brenda Mae, Francis and Marilyn.

A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday morning, October 6, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the Doniphan Nutrition Center, 715 Washington Street in Doniphan.
