Glenn, along with his brother John, were childhood heroes. I have many vivid memories of deer hunting, rabbit hunting and gigging with these heroes. He was a fun loving guy, quick to pull pranks, but always kind, considerate and encouraging. My heart goes out to the Pennington family. My Lord the stories with this Flatwoods family.

I know that he will be very greatly missed by family, but, by many friends. To me, he was a quiet man, except at deer camp. But, when Glenn started to talk, people listened to him. My best memories of him were at deer camp with his son Mike, and Glenn's brother John. We would sit around the fire after the afternoon hunt, and listen to him and John tell stories and just have a great time. To the Pennington family, I am so sorry for your loss. I know you all must have more fond memories of the great man. R.I.P. Glenn
