Dorothy Jean Davis, 76, of Gatewood, Missouri, peacefully entered rest in the kingdom of Heaven March 16, 2019.

Dorothy loved spreading the word of the Lord, attending church and caring for her family.  Her extraordinary kindness and dedication to her faith will live on in the memory of all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Clifton Davis; 3 children – Donald Welch of Doniphan, Clifton Davis, Jr. and wife Kathy of Maynard, Arkansas, and Rachel Davis of St. Louis, Missouri; 3 grandchildren, Michael and Sarah Welch and Emily Davis; and several great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, March 28, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan.

She will be greatly missed and forever remembered with love.
