Emma G. Gogel, 76-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO departed this life Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Ms. Gogel was born to Orvil and Pearl (Hisler) Hart on January 31, 1943 in Aurora, Illinois.

Emma was a machinist in a factory. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and fishing.

Surviving are her sons, Carl Wayne and Arky Mahan of Doniphan; her sister, Nancy Baldridge; and brother, James Hart. Also surviving are five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Emma was preceded in death by her sisters, Patty and Jackie; and her brother, Tommy.

Visitation for Ms. Gogel will be noon Thursday, May 23, 2019 followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.  Brother John Harwell will be officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
