Virginia Dianne Johnson, 74-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Monday, August 24, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was born December 17, 1945 in Biggers, AR to the late Donald and Gladys (Woodring) Bennett.
Dianne enjoyed reading, working puzzles, and exploring new recipes she found in cookbooks. She was baptized at West Point United Pentecostal Church.
On September 16, 1960, Dianne married Alfred James Johnson of Doniphan. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Teresa (Gene) Buchanan of Fairdealing, Kenneth (Johnna) Johnson of Doniphan and David Johnson, also of Doniphan; her sisters, Janice Ramsey, Carolyn Barringer of IL, and Linda Bennett; her brothers, Donald Bennett of KY, Phillip Bennett, also of KY, and Tony Bennett of IL; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one great-grandchild.
The family will have a private family service at a later date.
