A railroad friend of mine told me yesterday that Jerry had passed away. I’m so sorry for your loss. Jetty was my first boss in Kansas City at MoPac and was a fellow UMR grad. We kept in touch throughout our RR careers from Ft. Worth to Omaha to North Dakota to Boise and even during his KCS career. Jerry was one of those guys that I “clicked” with immediately and whenever we talked, it’s like we never missed a beat. He was a good friend and mentor and will be missed. Prayers for your family.
