Sherry Ann Woods, 45-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was born July 11, 1976 in Poplar Bluff, MO to Ray and Cheryl (West) Neldon.
Sherry enjoyed spending time on the river and with her grandchildren. She liked to go shopping and spending time in the kitchen cooking. Sherry attended River Valley Community Church.
Surviving are her children, Tyler (Samantha) Wilson and Savannah (Jacob Ritchey) Woods, both of Doniphan; her significant other, Brian Helton; sisters, Linda Neldon of Poplar Bluff, MO, Jacqueline Killough of Walnut Ridge, AR, Nickie Camp of Alton, MO, and Charlotte Taylor of Clear Lake, CA; brothers, Donald Neldon of Alton and James West of Doniphan; and her grandchildren, Laomi Wilson, Levi Wilson, and Piper Helton.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Ray Neldon.
Visitation will be in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
