Steve Alan “Bubba” Anderson, 69, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Friday, December 31, 2021. He was born November 4, 1952 in Ripley County to the late Leo and Stella (Knowblock) Anderson.
Steve had served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and frog gigging. He loved his family and the time spent with them.
Surviving is his son, Josh Anderson of Poynor; two sisters, Jeannie Anderson of Poynor and Cheryl Lovto of Spokan, MO; two brothers, Mike Anderson of Poplar Bluff, MO and Danny Anderson of Doniphan; grandchildren, Ryan, Jonathan, and Lacey; and two great-grandchildren, Ella and Olivar.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Sugar Tree Cemetery in Poynor.
