Irene Harvey, 97, of Doniphan died Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at the Ripley County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Harvey was born July 9, 1910 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a retired rancher. She was preceded in death by husband, Ernest Harvey. Surviving are three children, Rene Harvey of the Philippines; Gale of Harvey of Copper Center, Alaska; and Antonia Harris of Doniphan; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Harvey will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, August 18, 2007 at the Edwards Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in the Belleview Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday.
