Kenny Farris, 86, life-long resident of Doniphan, Missouri, died Saturday, February 4, 2012, at the Colonial Home in Doniphan.
Mr. Farris, son of Ephrim and Frances (Grant) Farris, was born January 26, 1926, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He had worked at the Current River Sheltered Workshop near Doniphan. Kenny enjoyed the outdoors, going to church, working and he especially loved being around people. He attended West Point Pentecostal Church.
Mr. Farris was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings; Gertie Tilley, Ephrim "Jack" Farris, Otis Farris, Katherine Lewis and Mary Lewis.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mr. Farris will be Wednesday, February 8, 2012, starting at noon at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel
