Obituary of Holly Noreen Taylor
Holly Noreen Taylor, 69, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Monday, November 27, 2023. She was born November 6, 1954, in Gary Indiana to Howard and Audrey (Stetler) Gorman.
A registered nurse, Holly was multi-skilled and worked in many areas of the hospital including labor and delivery and surgery wards. She brightened the room when she walked in focusing on others and whatever they needed or what she could do for them. Holly enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She enjoyed being with people and especially loved family gatherings where she would make each event special by pampering those she loved. Holly liked to read and cook and loved spending time on Current River.
In the early 1980s, Holly married Dennis Taylor in Doniphan. He survives. Also surviving are her children, David Hardin and Deanne Hardin, both of Doniphan; sisters, Melanie McClure of Crestview, FL and Valerie Funkey of Ocala, FL; her grandchildren, Logan and Maddy; and her nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
