Obituary of Anita Diane Crook

Anita Diane Crook, born January 24, 1951, to Charles Clayton and Eula Jean (Adkins) Kumlien, was the oldest of four children.

 

Anita liked to spend time at home. This gave her time to relax and enjoy the many great books she loved to read along with watching court shows and listening to decisions Judge Judy pronounced.

 

On June 8, 1966, Anita married Charles Crook in Bellville, IL. He preceded her in death on July 7, 2009. Anita was also preceded by sisters, Jane Roby and Nancy Kumlien, and her granddaughter, Tiffany Crook.

 

Surviving are her four sons, Douglas, Jeffrey, Phillip, and James Crook; her youngest sister, Peggy Pipkin; 13 grandchildren, Amanda Civils, Sarah Crook, Brianna Crook, Douglas Conn, Kaitlynn Crook, Toby Reynolds, Rebecca Farmsworth, Dylan Crook, Trevor Crook, Charles Crook, Achley Crook, Kaydian Crook, and Kyliegh Rampersad; and her three great-grandchildren, Zakary Civils, Jaxson Civils, and Zoe Civils.

 

The family will have a memorial at a later date.
