Obituary of Perry Dean Walk

Please share a memory of Perry to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Perry Dean Walk, 54-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. He was born July 18, 1970, in Marble Hill, MO, to Wayne and Mary Walk of McGee. MO.

Perry worked at Dumey Contracting for 17 years. He was incredibly talented, and everyone looked up to him. He was a man of few words, but the words he did speak were packed full of wisdom. Perry was a loving, just, and loyal person. He loved his family and friends deeply. To know Perry was to love him. He always stood up for what was right and was just one of the “good ole boys”. Perry found peace and God when he was outside in HIS creation. He loved hunting and fishing, especially with his dad!

On April 29, 2006, Perry married Abby (Lovins) in Doniphan. She preceded him in death. In addition to his wife, Perry was preceded by his brother, Harold, and son, Dylan.

Surviving are his daughters, Amanda (James) Hughey, Courtney Walk, and Maria (Joshua) Drwenski; two grandchildren, Milah Ray and Dilynn Layla; nieces, Lydia, Cora, Tammy, and Jessica; and nephews, Trey and Bobby.
