Obituary of Grady Lee Robinson

Grady Lee Robinson Jr., 86, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Friday, November 15, 2024. He was born August 12, 1938, in Ripley County, MO, to the late Grady Sr. and Izora (Murray) Robinson.

Grady had worked as a cowboy ranch hand.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading Westerns, raising livestock, and especially later in life raising chickens.

On June 8, 1956, in Granite City, IL he married JoAnn Labanosky, and she survives.

Other survivors include his sons, Terry Lee Robinson and Wade Robinson, both of Doniphan; his sister, Glenna Robinett of Doniphan; brother, Graling Robinson of Doniphan; grandchildren, Cody Robinson, Kim Buxton, Terry Robinson Jr. and Justin Robinson; great-grandchildren, Sydney, A.J., Reese, Decker, Brock, Ariel, Zoey, Kelsey, Landyn and Lucas; honorary grandsons, Adam, Chris, and Travis; a brother-in-law, Jim (Janice) Labanosky of Alabama; several nieces and nephews; and dear friends.

 Visitation will be Monday, November 18, 2024, from 5-8 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2024, with Bro. Gaylen Hubbard officiating and graveside services following at Plunk Cemetery.
