Betty Ann McCollumn, 79, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Westwood Hills Healthcare Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mrs. McCollumn, daughter of Walter Roscoe and Flora L. (Griffith) White, was born November 24, 1932, in Chaonia, Missouri. She was owner/operator of McCollumn's Alternators.
On January 24, 1950, she was married to Lowell McCollumn in Wappapello, Missouri. He preceded her in death on July 11, 1980.
Surviving are two daughters; Linda Broaddus of Fairdealing, Missouri, and Kathy Kitchen of Dexter, Missouri; five sisters, Helen, Wanda, Verna, Virginia and Joann; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Flora White, her husband, Lowell McCollumn, her son, Pat McCollumn, and one brother, Roy White,
Visitation for Mrs. McCollumn will begin at noon on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel and burial will be in the Doniphan City Cemetery.
