Starla Dawn Smith, 43, of Birch Tree, Missouri, died Sunday, December 9, 2012, in rural Ripley County, Missouri.
Ms. Smith, daughter of Jack Smith and Evelyn (Lampkins) Smith Chappell, was born September 22, 1969, in Mountain View, Missouri. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are two daughters, Armanda Hutton and Jessica Carter, both of Greenville, Tennessee; her mother, Evelyn Chappell of Greenville, Tennessee; one sister, Jamie Inscore of Greenville, Tennessee; two brothers, Deon Smith of Greenville, Tennessee, and Jack Smith of Chucky, Tennessee; one grandson, Neil Hutton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Smith, and one sister, Delta Dawn Smith.
A memorial service will be held Saturday morning, December 15, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of God of Prophecy at Birch Tree, Missouri, with Pastor Gary Larson officiating.
