I was so sorry today, March 26th, to hear of Betty's death. The first time I saw her was on my family's trip to Mo., when I was 11 or 12 and she was 18 or so. I thought she was such a pretty girl. And through the years when we would visit both there and when she came to Oklahoma she was always a very sweet person, and always upbeat. She was my father's first cousin. Please accept my sincere condolences. Delores Patterson Allen

So very sorry for your loss. I will always remember Betty's beautiful smile because she was so generous with it, and because I see it in each of her children's faces. She was always welcoming to us as kids from camping with us on the creek bank, to tucking us in at the house, to turning us loose in her car. A mom of one of the Rat Pack is a mom of each member of the Rat Pack. Miss her already. So sorry I am not there with you to celebrate her life, but the snow is preventing my travel. Love, Nancy
