Richard R. Reynolds, 52 year old resident of Briar, died Saturday April 26 at his residence in Briar. Mr. Reynolds was born February 12, 1962 in Doniphan, MO. He was a member of the Briar Missionary Baptist Church. He loved to farm, camp, hunt & fish, loved being with family and friends, and enjoyed a good poker game.
He was preceded in death by his parents, HS & Rebecca Jane (West) Reynolds & great nephew Mayson Ray.
Surviving are three daughters, Dasha Reynolds, Felisha (Billy Broyles) Reynolds & Alisha (Jonathan) Smith all of Doniphan; two sons Richard L Reynolds & Hayden Reynolds both of Doniphan; eight sisters, Rosa (Donald) Bennett & Julie (Donald) Uhrhan both of O' Fallon, MO, Gay Lucas of St. Peters, MO, Mavis (Carl) Conley of Wright City, MO, Avis (Tony) High of Warrenton, MO, Lisa (Harry) Phelps, Laverne (Phillip Elliott) Cote, Judy (Jerry) Halley all of Doniphan; three brothers Henry (Mary Lee Owings) Reynolds, Russell (Michele Hinton) Reynolds, & Lynn (Rose) Reynolds all of Doniphan. Also surviving are two grandchildren Rilyn & Aubry Broyles, and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Reynolds will be held at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel Saturday May 3 at 10 AM with Bro. Dennis Leonard officiating. Burial will be in the Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday May 2 from 5-8 PM.
