Lora Mae Kenley, 84, of Doniphan, Missouri, departed this life Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at her residence.
Mrs. Kenley, daughter of Arthur and Mildred (Gibson) Gerdes, was born October 6, 1929, in Neelyville, Missouri. She retired from Vitronic Manufacturing and had also been self-employed in retail. Lora was a member of the First Baptist Church in Doniphan and enjoyed the Red Hats Society.
She was married to Ray Kenley in 1961 at Doniphan and he survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Debi (Glenn) Pearson of Fairdealing, Missouri, and Donna Srader of Springfield, Missouri; one sister, Helen Grim of Doniphan; and three grandchildren, Shane, Kassi and Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, William Gerdes.
Visitation will begin at noon Friday, June 20, 2014, at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Monty Flanigan officiating. Burial will follow in the Doniphan City Cemetery.
