Edna G. Mitchell, 99, of St. Louis died Thursday, November 27, 2008, at her residents in St. Louis. Mrs. Mitchell was born February 1, 1909, in Dundas, IL to the late Robert & Marry Effie (Birch) Arivett. She attended Pentecostal churches. She was married Willis Mitchell. He preceded her in death on May 4, 1945. Survivors include four children L. Ferrill Mitchell of St. Louis, Verna "Vicki" haggard of St. Peters, MO, Lorren D. Mitchell and wife Joan of St. Cloud Fl, & Kathry Genon and husband Harold Tinsley of Sarasota FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, & four grandsons. Visitation will be from 11 AM. Monday December 1, 2008 at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be at 1 P.M. Monday December 1, 2008 at the funeral home with Bro. Sean Kallner officiating. Burial will be at Springhill Cemetery.
